How much does an office refurb cost?
As a reference, our interior refurbishment projects can range from £5k – £80k. No two projects are the same which means there isn’t a prescriptive price list to refer to. It depends on many factors such as the size of the building and your specifications. We will always aim to be as cost-effective as possible.
How long does an refurbishment take?
It’s a difficult one to answer without a brief. Smaller interior refurbishment projects can only take a few weeks whereas larger ones can take up to around 12 weeks. Either way, we will always try to be as efficient as possible, keeping your downtime to a minimum.
Why don't you do fancy office refurbs?
Fancy doesn’t mean that your office refurb won’t be tasteful and modern. What it means is nothing unnecessary. There are loads of larger companies out there that cover that. We prefer to focus on cost-effective practical spaces for small and medium-sized businesses.
Do you provide the furniture?
If that’s part of the brief and something you preferred we handled, then by all means.
Will I need to manage the project?
No need to worry about this, our project manager will cover this on your behalf. However, you’re welcome to be involved as much or as little as you’d like.
Will I get a virtual design?
Along with a fit out quote, our office designer will create you a 3D visual and floorplan to help you imagine your new space.
